01 · The problem
What we walked into.
A futsal circle of 40-odd regulars was running weekly matches via a single WhatsApp group. Match times, team assignments, who's playing, and results all lived in scrolling chat history. Nobody could answer "what was the score last week?" without scrolling for five minutes.

The shape of the system.
A community web app:
Matches
with date, venue, team lineups, and final score.
Leaderboards
tally goals, wins, and streaks per player.
Booking
lets members claim a spot in next week's match from the home screen.
History
keeps every match permanently searchable.
